General Refund Policy and Booking Conditions:
- All requested refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the Penrith office either by fax, email or post
- Refunds will be made by funds transfer into a nominated account
- If a class has been cancelled by Fork Skills Operations the applicant can choose one of two options:
- They can reschedule to the next available date
- Receive a full refund of the money they have paid. No other expenses incurred by the applicant will be refunded
- The refund will be returned to the individual/company who paid for the course
- There will be no refund if an applicant cancels their booking within 48 hours of the course commencement date
- If you do not attend a Fork Skills Course for any reason (including illness) there is no refund on any money already paid
