Booking Conditions

Forklift Training conditions:

• If you fail to attend, the full course fee is non refundable
• Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to the course commencing
• If any participant arrives more than10 minutes late and the course has commenced then you will need to reschedule with a charge of 50% of the course fee
• The course must be completed within 6 weeks of the commencement date
• Participants must provide 100 points of ID
• Participants need to bring pre training materials supplied
• Participants need to bring a pen
• Participants will need a student identifier number (usi.gov.au)
• If any participant is away due to illness then you MUST provide a medical certificate and the training day can be rescheduled with a $50 administration fee.
• If any participant does not show for their scheduled training days then a $150 fee will apply to reschedule.
• Cancelations need to be made not less than 48 hours prior to the course. An administration charge of $50 will apply.
• Cancelations made less than 48 prior to the course commencing with be charged 50% of the course fee.

First Aid & Whitecard conditions:

• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the course commences
• Participants must bring the required ID
• Participants need to provide a Student Identifier Number (usi.gov.au)
• If any participant does not attend their scheduled course, the course fee is non-refundable.
• Any participant that needs to reschedule their course less than 48 hours prior to the course commencing will need to pay a fee of 50% of the full course fee.
• Any participant that needs to reschedule their course more than 48 hours prior will be charged $50 administration fee.
• Participants need to bring a pen
